BAFNA PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED will hold a board meeting on August 11, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from July 1, 2026, to August 13, 2026.
